Are Pfizer Covid 19 vaccines killing New Zealanders?

Media Release 23 April 2023

The Minister of Health, Hon. Dr Ayesha Verrall assures New Zealanders that the Pfizer Covid 19 vaccine and boosters are safe and effective. “Getting boosted is important for your health.” Boosters are available for all New Zealanders over the age of 30.

Right to Life believes that Health Department statistics reveal that the community is getting sicker and that people are dying in unprecedented numbers. It is also happening in other countries that have been highly vaccinated with the Covid 19 mRNA Pfizer vaccine.

Right to Life asks the Minister Dr Ayesha Verrall why important statistics on the increased ill health and deaths of New Zealanders are being withheld.

The Lancet recently published a study on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines and the waning of immunity with time. The study showed that immune function among vaccinated individuals 8 months after the administration of two doses of COVID-19 vaccine was lower than that among the unvaccinated individuals. According to the European Medicines Agency recommendations, frequent COVID-19 booster shots could adversely affect the immune response and may not be feasible.

Health New Zealand has released important information concerning mortality in 2021,2022 and 2023 correlated with vaccination status.

The statistics show that for the last six months of 2022, 80% of those who had died had received Pfizer booster shots. According to government figures only 73.2 of those eligible had received a booster. Adjusting for those not eligible, recipients of boosters have at least 11 % increased risk of dying, this equates to 3,040 additional deaths in 2022 among those boosted.

In 2022, 39,313 persons died, that was an increase of 15% in deaths over the 34,260 who died in 2019 before the pandemic. According to the government, 1,599 people have died with Covid, this does not account for the 5,053 excess deaths in 2022.

Right to Life believes that the government should immediately cease encouraging people to take booster shots and to institute an enquiry to establish if there is a relationship between the vaccines, boosters and serious ill health and deaths.

An anonymous source within the Ministry of Health has revealed important and disturbing statistical information on the Wellington area. The number of heart attacks has doubled. Hospitalisation for myocarditis is up by one third (33% increase). Miscarriages, stillbirths, and strokes all up by a quarter (25% increase) and acute kidney injury (AKI) up by 40%. If this is being repeated across the nation (which is a reasonable assumption), then in the year April 2022 to March 2023 alone there will have been 14,600 additional hospitalisations for heart attacks, 9,700 additional cases of myocarditis, 8,200 additional cases of kidney injury, 1,600 additional miscarriages, 1,800 additional stillbirths and 10,500 additional strokes.

What is going on? Why has the government not taken action and why are the media silent?
