Dr Joanna Howe : noble defender of the right to life of the unborn and the health of women!

Right to Life supports and applauds Australian Law Professor Dr Joanna Howe’s courageous defence of the right to life of unborn children and the welfare of their mothers.
In an attempt to silence her, the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists [RANZCOG] recently threatened to sue her for defamation. The College claims that Dr Howe recently stated on social media “that the Royal College is a College of abortionists.”
Right to Life believes that this statement is correct. It is a matter of public record that the College supports the killing of unborn children up to birth for any reason as a “health service” and a “human right”.
Dr Howe was born in India, she is a Rhodes scholar and is the Professor of Law at Adelaide University. She is married and has five children.
Right to Life believes that the RANZCOG is the greatest threat to unborn children in Australasia and is complicit in the killing of more than 90 000 unborn Australians and 17 000 unborn New Zealanders every year.
• Abortion doctors are welcomed as “distinguished” members of the medical profession to join the RANZCOG.
• A number of leading doctors in the College are at the forefront in promoting abortion in New Zealand.
• Dr Gillian Gibson, immediate past President of the College has devoted a great deal of her 29 year professional life, to providing abortions in Auckland. She presides over the Auckland Regional Abortion Services, which oversees the killing of the unborn in the Auckland region.
• The College is the voice of the abortion industry in Australia and New Zealand and supports the decriminalising of abortion.
• The College believes that it is not a crime to kill an unborn child, advocating for the fiction that an unborn child is not a human being with a right to life until it is born.
Prior to 1977, the College supported the existing abortion law in New Zealand, which prohibited killing an unborn child, unless it was to save the life of the mother, or to prevent serious permanent harm to the mother’s health.
Right to Life requests that the RANZCOG returns to upholding its founding principle of defending the inalienable right to life of unborn children from conception and to oppose the violence of abortion against women and God’s precious infants.
